The heart of the ERP
The nine modules
Each module works on its own and delivers its full value combined with the others. The functional scope is settled module by module during scoping.
CRM
A 360° view of the customer, history and behaviour. Automation of sales rules, pipeline and real-time dashboard.
Sales
Converting prospects, following up the after-sales relationship, sales decisions driven by data.
Accounting & finance
Expenses, receivables and payables, complex tax calculations, budgets and analytical accounting.
Purchasing
A simplified procure-to-pay process, visibility on spend, compliance with purchasing policy.
Inventory & warehouse
Orders, replenishment, barcodes, auditing and real-time stock across the whole supply chain.
Human resources
Recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, appraisal.
- CNAS · DAS · IRG reports
Manufacturing & maintenance
MRP and CMMS: bills of materials, routings, manufacturing orders, resources and document traceability.
Project management
Deliverables, milestones, tasks and sub-tasks, custom workflows, time and expense tracking.
Point of sale
Fast checkout on a PC, tablet or touchscreen terminal. Synchronised multi-store inventory.
Odoo is third-party software, updated regularly by its vendor. Modules, features and licence terms change from one version to the next: the exact scope selected for your project is settled during the scoping study.
Recommended sequence
ERP → BI → Mobile
The order matters: a dashboard built on dirty data produces nothing but dirty decisions.
ERP
Data is produced cleanly, once, in a single source of truth.
Business Intelligence
Data becomes decision: trends identified, models ready to read.
Mobile
Decisions follow the field, on iOS and Android.
Frequently asked questions
Before launching an ERP project
There is no list price, and a company that quotes one before seeing your processes is selling you a risk. The budget depends on three variables: the number of modules activated, the volume and quality of the data to migrate, and the level of training required.
One line item does disappear from the outset: Odoo Community is open source, there are no licence fees — the budget goes into configuration, not to a software vendor. The precise costing is delivered at the end of the audit, before any commitment.
Yes. The Human Resources module we configure covers employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and appraisal, with generation of the CNAS, DAS and IRG reports. This is precisely the kind of local adaptation that separates an integration carried out in Algeria from a generic deployment.
It depends on the starting scope, and our recommendation is precisely not to start everything at once. We open on the critical scope — often accounting and inventory, or CRM and sales — then extend module by module at the pace of the teams' maturity. Going live on one module is a matter of weeks; full coverage of the business cycle, a matter of months.
Community is the open-source edition, with no licence fees — it is our default working base, because it leaves the budget for configuration. Enterprise adds modules and vendor support, in exchange for a per-user subscription. The right choice depends on your functional scope and your headcount: we settle it during the scoping study, with figures to back it.
Yes, and it is a project stage in its own right, not an afterthought. Migration covers reference data (customers, suppliers, items), work in progress and the useful history. Its cost depends directly on how clean the source data is — one more reason to start with an audit.
